Hosting and service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry submissions on our behalf. Enquiries are stored in a private inbox accessible to authorised Step Up personnel. Processing may take place outside the UAE.
Security and retention
Enquiry records are intended for authorised Step Up personnel. We retain information only as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request review or deletion of your enquiry information.
Netlify processes technical information, including IP addresses and request details, for spam filtering, security, and service delivery. This information is not used by Step Up for advertising or profiling.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Following a WhatsApp link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Telephone links open your device’s calling application.
