Can you work with our facilities team?
Yes. Access, installation, maintenance, and operating requirements are important parts of the discussion. We coordinate the proposed approach with the people responsible for the site.
How is the service scoped?
We focus on the volume of the targeted space in cubic feet, with layout, airflow, operating hours, and site requirements also informing the proposal.
Is HVAC integration always required?
No. HVAC scenting is one option where suitable. Controlled diffusion can be considered when HVAC integration is inappropriate or the target is a selected area.
What happens after installation?
The agreed managed service can include fragrance replenishment, preventive maintenance, system checks, calibration, and support. The exact scope is set out in your proposal.
