About Step Up
Creating a sense of place.
One scent story at a time.
Step Up LLC is a UAE business focused on ambient scenting, sensory branding, and managed scent experiences for physical environments.
Our perspective
Your brand has a character.
Your space should express it.
We see scent as part of the overall experience of a space, alongside its architecture, light, materials, and service.
Our role is to connect those elements through a considered scent direction and a practical service approach. We work with property teams, hospitality operators, facilities managers, and businesses to understand what their environment needs.
Our focus extends beyond equipment or fragrance supply. We bring together selection, delivery, calibration, replenishment, and care as a managed experience.
What guides us
Thoughtful by design.
Consistent through care.
A clear purpose for the scent. A suitable solution for the space. Ongoing attention to the experience.
We believe the best scenting conversations begin with listening. We take time to understand the environment, explain the options, and agree a service scope that is clear for the people responsible for it.
Let’s create a sense of place

Let’s find its scent.
